Out of all the tropical islands I´ve been to, Barbados is my personal favourite. There?s something about the perfect white sand, the crystal clear turquoise water, and the colourful sunsets that makes me think of what if and how to.I took a trip to one of the sea turtle seeing sights and swam with these magnificent creatures in open water. I have to admit that it was a bit intimidating at first because they came quite close, enough for me to touch their shell! They dived in and out of the water gracefully and did not mind me at all. In the afternoon I took some time for myself on Paradise beach, and I can tell you that the place truly lives up to its name. As the sun shone on my skin and the fine grains of sand glided between my toes, I reflected that there´s nowhere else I´d rather be at this moment.
